PMIS 系統之文件控管核心區域如圖 所示,包含文件登錄、指派、追蹤、各式控管分析報表列印…等功能,並設有文件處理程序監控圖以隨時掌握所有往來文件動向。
The core area of the document management of PMIS is shown in Figure ,including the functions of the login, the assignment, and the tracing of documents, the printout of the analysis report of every control/management and so on; the monitoring diagram of document processing is established to control the status of all correspondences and documents at any time.
文件指派Document Assignment
透過PMIS 系統之工作流程功能進行文件分發指派,如圖 所示,並利用資料庫的整合與篩選功能進行已指派工作之狀態統計,亦設置報表功能提供相關人員進行跟催與追蹤。
The distribution and assignment of documents can be through the Workflow function of PMIS (shown in Figure ) and the statistics of the
status of the assigned works can be through the integration and filtering
function of the database; the function of the reporting is established for the involved person to follow up.
文件統計報表 Document Statistics Report
透過PMIS 系統可掌握並追蹤所有被指派人或各子系統被指派文件之執行狀態與完成或延誤之數量,並提供相關統計報表列印,相關管理人員可據此報表進行項目執行成效檢討與改善。
The execution status, the quantity of completion or delay of the assigned documents or those to every subsystem can be controlled and traced PMIS; the related report can be printed out for the management
to review and make improvement.
文件快速查詢Fast Search of Document
PMIS 系統之主要搜尋文件方式分有: 簡易查詢、與複式條件查詢。並於查詢結果中提供連結功能便於使用者直接開啟實體電子檔閱讀文件原始內容。
The main methods of document search of PMIS are: simple search and compound-conditioned search. The function of Hyperlink will enable the user to open the E-files directly of the searching results and read original contents of the document.
